Hello Friends Happy New Year dear friends, Now that the frantic energy of the holidays has passed and we begin 2016 perhaps many of you have made the vow to eat less, move more, get out of debt build better relationships and the list could goes on.  It is healthy and important  to periodically evaluate what is working and what is not in your life.   Most often we only are trying to "fix" ourselves and to succeed we adopt a strong mindset by pushing forward with will power. Which yields results, for a while... However to create a lasting change and transformation, COURAGE is needed to address the core belief and energy that lives beneath what is not working.  Often lurking beneath those extra 10 pounds or looming dollar amounts on your credit card bill is a core belief of not being good enough, being unloveable or a unexplainable fear. Our core beliefs embed within our nervous system and impacts our daily life in the subtlest of ways. We carry them around like un unseen cloak  for 30-40- or even 50 years.

So how is it that we transform a belief that feels locked in place?

If the belief is not anchored in love, it is NOT true. Period. Entangled in every false perception is FEAR which often disguises itself as RESISTANCE.

As you align with your desires for 2016. Notice where these desires arise in the body? notice where and how resistance is revealing itself? Simply open yourself to experience the direct experience of this moment. Let go of entertaining what you wish yourself to be or what you used to be and simply access the power that you are in this moment. That my friends is the most potent force for creating what you truly want.

All LOVE,
Jen

1.  Increase your ability to relax and restore wellbeing regardless of life circumstance.

2.  Transform deep seated negative thought patterns emotions, and beliefs into clarity and freedom.

3.  Reset exhausting mental chatter from running on autopilot to manual.

4.  Increase your presence, naturally so that you can be seen and heard in a bigger way.

Statement of difference:

I invite women to lean into there life regardless of situation or circumstance and support them to discover that there is nothing to fix, heal or change.

I move them towards engaging deep relaxation for the sole purpose of receiving their inherent goodness, wholeness and wellbeing. And by doing so, restoring the mind body and senses to its natural vitality of allowing, compassion and peace.

Incorporating Meditation Into Daily Life

Humankind is looking every day for techniques that will bring peace in its life. One of the most important facets of a peaceful life is incorporating meditation into your daily life. This tool has been used since the beginning of modern civilization for decreasing the ordinary stressors that we come across. We have to learn to deal with this emotional roller coaster that our minds take us on and one effective way is through meditation. In my experience as yoga and meditation teacher, I have noticed that a few minutes a day dedicated to stillness, silence and basically attention training make a valuable difference.

Truth is that you can practice meditation whenever and wherever, because it transcends any aspect of your life, if you're willing to let it. Here at Grow Your Life I will teach you how to incorporate meditation while going about your daily life.

Meditation in the morning

A healthy ritual is including 5-10 minutes of meditation in the morning. Not only that will improve your life quality, but it will also give you mind a fresh start for a new day. You can even meditate while you're brushing your teeth - you need to dedicate yourself to the process, don't rush the task, see it as a reminder of how you take care of your body and that you love yourself.

Meditation at work

Try to take 2 to 5 minute meditation breaks while working in order to navigate the daily stress through calm and peace. You can close your eyes and become conscious of everything that stresses you out. The next step is to clarify the problems one by one.  Another way to incorporate meditation in your work can be applied even when you send an e-mail. Give that action you're doing your undivided attention, because one way or another the recipient will be capable of identifying the truth and dedication behind the e-mail, even though you're not standing face to face.

Meditation while waiting

Whether you're waiting in line at the grocery store to pay for your items or you're waiting for your food to cook, try to eliminate other distractions and concentrate on the greater things, like sending positive energy into the food you are going to make. You can also try this kind of meditation while driving your car and you have to wait at a traffic light or in the parking lot when you are waiting for someone to come.

Meditation before you go to sleep

Right before bed meditation will unequivocally improve your sleep. Even if you have problems sleeping, you can always get up and do a couple of meditation minutes. You can establish a routine and practice meditation at the same time every night. Schedule a 10 day challenge to see how it helps you, but I'm sure that you won't stop after the imposed period of time, because you will get to understand the benefits of day to day mindfulness.

Adopting a meditation routine for every and each day will make your life better and calmer, giving you the opportunity to enjoy even the simple things in life.
