Who developed iRest? Dr.Richard Miller and associates developed iRest over 40 years of observation,research and hands on experience with diverse populations.
What are the benefits? iRest helps to alleviate not only muscular tension but also emotional and mental stress. Are there any contraindications? iRest is suitable for a wide range of individuals and population. iRest can be adapted to suit the individual ,group, and context. There are no contraindications for either medication or DSM-5 diagnoses.
